Exotic Foods - Hungry?

Crocodile has white and delicious meat - delicate in flavour so use fresh tropical fruits which will compliment the taste of the meat.

Cook it from frozen for two minutes on either side and then allowed to stand for a few minutes.

Remove excess fat after cooking. Use only herbs or spices - Three different is recommended. If frying, use olive oil - and do not forget it is best served medium rare.

Thoughts...

"Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth, more than ruin, more even than death.  Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilige, established institutions, and comfortable habit.  Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid.  Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man." - Bertrand Russell

Marais conducted a close study of the behavior and life of the chacma baboons (also known as Cape baboons) and their genetic memory and the intellectual memory reinforced by learning.

You also find the chacma baboons in Angola, Zambia and Mozambique...
