Casablanca, Morocco...

(All Photos by Tavarua)
The view from my room - Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca.

Experience the French/Moroccan cuisine - You can visit the Sahara Desert or perhaps take a camel trek or go fishing - Visit Nomads in their caves - If time does not permit you will still have a great journey and you can venture deep into the Medina.
The culture reflects Arab-Berber-French and Spanish and often you will hear the Moroccan dialect of Darija spoken.
Marche Central de Casablanca is the city’s main market.

Here you can find an array of fish and shellfish and a number of renowned fish restaurants lining the market.

Drink sweet mint tea and watch people as they go about their affairs.

LV  - for your pistachio nuts or truffle. No, not chocolate truffle.

"Trifola d'Alba" from the Piedmont regions of Alba and Asti in Northern Italy. The grey/white truffle so in demand in October/November.  Raw and shaved over steaming pasta - Who can resist such a delicacy?

Truffle, Truffle, Truffle it vapors an aged smell of nature and en flames the senses with its mysterious, rather musky, savory, delightful taste.

"Whosoever says truffle, utters a grand word, which awakens erotic and gastronomic ideas..."
-Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin

Priceless...

Guatemala... a Pearl in Central America

 (All Photos by Tavarua)

Claudia and Maria thank you so much it was wonderful to see you - and of course it is the unknown in life which excites - the destinations, the cultures, the people, the ideas, the rhythm and images.

When you start to take a genuine interest in life itself and realizes that you are the master-gardener of your soul -  you will then one day discover that it is the depth of life which is important.

It is sacred privilege to choose your own way and life... it will then never grow into boredom.

Nature - Warm Red Autumn - A Simple Red Coral Necklace...

(All photos by Tavarua)

Red is autumn, sunsets, passion, fire, blood, courage, seduction, danger, beauty...forbidden fruits of life - attraction, red in motion...the sporting life, women, bullfights...

Art works because it appeals to certain faculties of our mind

You have to create your life  - like making a necklace - putting it together - piece by piece.

There are great freedom in simplicity of life.

(Necklace by Tavarua}

"It is true that in France, women put on less things.  If they have a necklace, they don't put on earrings  if they have nail polish, they don't put on all their rings and bracelets."
Ines de la Fressange
